 Mindfulness of Breathing with 7th Level connection is the most important course we run. This is an exciting and interesting 4 hour workshop to help you manage the stress or anxiety in your life and the changing earthly vibrations. We all experience stressful moments in our live; some manage this better than others. 

During this workshop, you will have an understanding of your own breathing patterns and how your thoughts have a direct link with your breathing. You will learn how you can use your breathing to change how you react to everything. Breathing is something that generally goes on in the background of our lives and yet we pay little attention
to it. Eckhart Tolle says in his book ‘New Earth’ “One conscious breath a day will change your life.” Imagine if you could be conscious of your breathing for most of the time. Ask yourself these questions:

This year during lockdown I have been completing the Teacher Training Course for 7th Level Breathing.  As we are on the brink of entering 2021, this will be the most important teaching going forward.  When things get more hectic and uncertain, vibrational changes are happening more people will require the self mastery of this profound breathing method.  When we bring everything back to this moment all we have is breath.  If we use it wisely with knowledge we can deal with what ever life is presenting us with on our journey.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If this energy is low then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress and if it is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Seichem Reiki is Egyptian Reiki and connects you with the mother Goddess energy which is very rounded gentle and beautiful. This helps you connect with the earth energy and all that nature provides. Your Reiki training is split into 4 levels as set out below. During your first attunement you will go through four attunements for Reiki 1 and then Seichem 1 attunement. This will enable you to do self- healing and give healing to friends, family and animals. You will also be required to complete a healing session on yourself each day and keep a diary for 21 days. After this time it will be necessary to return on an agreed date for half a day to see how you are getting along with Reiki, to share your experiences and ask any question that may have arisen.

No matter how long we've been developing spiritually we are always at the beginning. With this realisation settling deep within bringing humility, we quantum leap forward.

My spiritual development days have an agenda  however it becomes organic within those guidelines depending on the students and influences from the High Ascended Masters. 

Sometimes other teachers are included with the day to expand your awareness.
